The client remains responsible for his or her own growth. The role of the coach is to encourage, to motivate and to measure progress. Anyone looking for instant success is guaranteed to be disappointed.

It is also possible to reduce the cost by joining groups of like minded people that have roughly similar aims. Some people hire a coach for a short period of time, simply to help them get started.

Personal wellness coaching can certainly help individuals to identify their individual needs and to embark upon a process that will lead to self fulfillment, increased health and even fitness. However, it is vital to remember that the instructor cannot take responsibility for achieving anything on behalf of the client.
