These athletes stayed true to certain diets and it wasn't like they had eaten in any other different ways. People definitely eat differently now in the 2000's and with many wrestlers who aren't exactly as muscular yet possess more ring prowess, it seems to be the more preferred model. They know what their optimum nutrition entails and they know that various components can be invested in. A few of these can fulfill the protein requirement that would have been missing without it.
