The Worst type of Foods in the world!

By Vanessa Summer

The world is full of food that seems good and is still amazingly bad for you. While we can recognize some of these foods on sight--most of the food you'll order at a fast food restaurant, for example, is quite enjoyable to eat but will do terrible things to your body and is made of far too many calories to even be considered healthy. But how about those meals that look like they need to be totally fine to eat? What about some of those meals that you just give to your kids? In this article we will be looking at a few of the absolute worst type of foods that you could ever feed to yourself or other people in your family.

One of the most detrimental things on earth, believe it or not is a dish of macaroni and cheese. The sort you create at home by yourself using the boxes of Kraft or Annie's should be mostly okay but most of the time the macaroni and cheese you order from restaurants is not. The Kids' Mac and Cheese dinner from California Pizza Kitchen, by way of example is frighteningly bad. Just one order of this food retains just about forty grams of saturated fat, over sixteen hundred milligrams of sodium and more than one thousand calories. This is not even remotely wholesome.

How many times do you purchase those frozen pot pies from the grocery store's freezer section? On the surface these look like fine, healthy last minute dinners or lunches but the fact is that most of them are loaded with extra calories. The pot pies created by Stouffer's, for example, are packed with just about eighteen hundred milligrams of sodium, more than sixty grams of fat and more than eleven hundred calories. If you're on a quest to lose weight, this single item could count for almost all of your daily calorie limit.

You are likely under the sense that if you are going to get something from a sandwich shop, the vegetarian sandwich is your healthiest option, right? The real truth is that because of the dressings and other condiments that get added to them, they are often just as bad as something loaded with meat. The vegetarian sub out of Blimpies, as an example, contains almost twelve hundred calories, sixty grams of fat and more than thirty five hundred milligrams of sodium. Why do folks imagine that is nutritious?

Surely a salad, of all things, ought to be wholesome. That's what many of us think. If we really want something that is healthy and quick, most of the time we choose a salad to fill us up with food that is healthy for us. It may well surprise you then to find out that some salads are not all that healthy. There are eighteen hundred calories inside Santa Fe chopped salad supplied by TGI Fridays. This is probably because the salad is the size of a big dinner plate but think about it: do you want all of your caloric intake for the day to be used up by this one salad?

Sadly, the simple truth is that the food we purchase from restaurants or when we are in a rush is just not going to be as healthy as the food that we cook for ourselves at home. Sure preparing food at your home can be a pain or feel tedious, but if you're watching your weight and trying to stay healthy, it is the best thing you can do for yourself!
