You can not call a diet well balanced diet without vegetables and fruits. Fruits and vegetables are the essential element of a balanced diet. If you select a diet for you without veggies and fruits, this diet can give you conditions as a gift. This diet never helps you to keep fit your health. This sort of diet can enhance fat but never enhance your endurance and wellness fitness. Dietary Experts claim that a man needs to eat at least five serving of fruits and vegetables every day. It is true that lots of people do not know the real nutritional value of veggies and fruits.

Vegetables consist of fiber, vitamin, mineral, phytochemicals, carbohydrate etc. These aspects are necessary for a human to keep his health fit. You like meat however you did not like veggies. You can make a dish which contains both meat and veggies. This dish will be more appealing for you. Because you get both taste of vegetables and meat in one meal. The vibrant appearance of veggies can increase the destination of the dish.

Fruits contain fiber, vitamin, protein, carbohydrate, phytochemicals etc. Individuals usually such as to eat fruit. But in some cases it could be boring to consume fruits in the same way. You might consume the fruit as juice, jam, jelly or as a part of the recipe. Fruits are store home of vitamin. Most of the fruits contain vitamin C which is important for preventing scurvy.

Research has revealed that a diet rich in vegetables and fruits can avoid heart diseases, diabetes, chronic disease and specific cancers. During pregnancy, appropriate nourishment is vital for a healthy child. Folic acid is the very best source of nutrient. Folic acid is vital for preventing various abnormality consisting of Spina Bifida. Brussels sprouts, broccoli, spinach and oranges are good sources of folic acid.

Veggies and Fruits contain fiber which works against heart problem and some kind of cancer cells. Veggies and fruits contain low fat which works for long term weight loss.

From above description, it is clear that why nutritional experts recommend us to eat even more vegetables and fruits.
