Capsiplex - Five HTP and appetite handle

You might have heard of the weight loss supplement 5 HTP but what happens it is?? Lets return to basics and explain what 5-HTP is as well as what it can do.

Foods like meat, peanuts and sesame seeds all contain an protein called Tryptophan which our mind use to transform into 5-HTP (5-Hydroxytryptophan).

Our minds then utilize 5-HTP and turn it into serotonin, that's one of the 'happy' chemicals that assists control our appetite, mood and sleep patterns.
