Relaxation is about slackening the muscles and refreshing the spirit, which brushes up the nerves and insures firm peace of mind.

The next compulsory step to a healthy body and mind which must not be underestimated is nutrition. In order to lead a healthy way of living, which is another ingredient of yoga's philosophy, one must be very careful what he eats and how it affects his entire constitution. Everybody knows the saying "a sound mind equals a sound body", and this is why the body must be nicely taken care of by supplying it with healthy and salutary food, and vegetarian food is recommended.

The most important principle is probably meditation, which brings forth a blissful feeling of perfect completeness. All who practice meditation aim at attaining harmony with oneself, as well as the outside world, and this can even result in becoming spiritually one with the whole universe. This is very likely to be achieved if certain techniques are followed via creative, optimistic and positive thinking.

It must be emphasized that practicing London yoga can be quite difficult at times. Lots of mental and physical dedication and will is required, so one must be patient, steady and optimistic.
